About Me

Oh hello there!

This is me. I am 28 years old but sometimes I forget my age. I love taking photos to preserve good memories, I am an Instagram junkie, and I tend to write in a style that reflects how I speak (i.e. fast). I am hoping that my writing style adds personality to my posts.

My biggest influences are my family, my friends, my better half (ha, cringe) and my workmates... and the media.

My grandparents were born in India and my parents in Africa. My twin brothers and I were born and brought up in London, England. My family's native language is Gujarati but I am hopeless at learning languages so I am a let down on that front (although I do try my best). I love exploring - both abroad and staycations - for the adventures, overeating, loud laughing and indulgence in culture ☺️

I believe that honesty is endearing. We all have imperfections, we all blag things from time to time, and we all learn from experience.

I wish I was always comfortable share more of these things with family and friends, rather than wasting time and energy trying to be (1) polished or (2) more "in the know" than I really am. So that is the idea behind my blog!
